Let's Eat

Pay more attention to breakfast. Eat what you want. You will burn it off.

Pancakes

Breakfast should be leisurely. It is usually reserved for your favorite audiences so take your time.

Breakfast feels more hopeful then the other meals. It is always looking toward the future. It lacks the intensity of Lunch, which is often hurried, and the grandeur of Dinner, which, is frequently too big a production.

If you fear boredom in Breakfast, I would recommend embracing the dullness. It will make the rest of your waking hours feel more interesting. Just remember you have to start your day somewhere. And the following meals are as good a place as any.
