Payment Terms

Payment is required at point of sale or prior to delivery. 50% deposit required on all custom orders. Deposit non-refundable. For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment -- Visa, MasterCard or American Express -- and we can process payments over the phone. In addition, we accept mail payment by personal check.

Delivery

For furniture delivery in Atlanta and surrounding suburbs, we schedule with the following white glove professional moving service:

Customers are welcome to personally schedule deliveries with another service if they so choose. Rug deliveries and approval service available through Verde Home Inc for Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs. Please inquire. All items under 150 lbs, shipped through UPS, FEDEX or DHL may be fully insured with the purchase of optional shipping insurance. If you do not purchase the optional shipping insurance, any damage claims that may occur will need to be filed by the buyer directly to UPS, FEDEX or DHL.

Return Policy

All Sales Final. In the case of a Verde Home approved return, merchandise may be exchanged for a store credit. However, freight charges are not refundable and the returned items must be received back at the Verde Home showroom or DTS warehouse, in good condition, before a credit will be processed. You must ensure any return is packed sufficiently to avoid damage on the return trip. We recommend that you save the original packing materials.
